About Energy Healing and Sound Therapy

Sound baths are a form of healing therapy that uses vibration to bring peace and healing. We use ancient instruments like gongs, singing bowls, and rain sticks to bring you into a deep meditative state. Feel your body relax and free itself of stress and tension as the harmonious vibrations wash over you.

Energy healing is another key element of our organization. It is the act of channeling energy into the body to clear and rebalance the bioenergetic field from trauma, old patterns, and stagnant energy. Through this practice, we are able to help people find their way back to a state of balance and inner peace.

More than 60 U.S. hospitals have adopted Reiki as part of patient services, according to a UCLA study, and Reiki education is offered at 800 hospitals. The Healing Touch Professional Association estimates that more than 30,000 nurses in U.S. hospitals use touch practices every year.

Music therapy can reduce stress and promote relaxation. It’s been shown to be more effective than prescription drugs in reducing anxiety levels before surgery. A study published in 2017 found that a 30-minute music therapy session combined with traditional care after spinal surgery reduced pain.
